LEED it is an internationally recognized multi-criteria system for assessing the ecological quality of buildings in order to meet the requirements of sustainable development. It was developed by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
The LEED system evaluates buildings according to five main criteria:
Sustainable Sites
Water Efficiency
Enengy and Atmosphere
Materials And Resaurces
Indoor Environmental Quality
Assessors cooperating with MC Control are authorized to carry out the assessment in accordance with the LEED requirements and apply for the LEED certificate.
